A close-run thing

Nigel Richards (NZ) takes out another title, the Sri Lanka International Open. But it was really anyone's tournament. Richards finishes tied on 18 wins (out of 24) with Sherwin Rodrigues (India) and WESPA secretary Cheah Siu Hean (Sing), and only marginally ahead on spread.
